Girls’ Cadet College Quetta (GCCQ) is a unique institution visualized and established in Quetta by Government of Balochistan. It is a significant project with futuristic vision and approach. As the Principal of this distinctive foundation, my vision is to train and groom young Lady Cadets so that they can actively participate in every arena of life and especially for leadership roles in Pakistan. We make our utmost efforts to improve and transform their lives, ensuring that they excel in their endeavours.

Our aim is to provide quality education while giving special emphasis on academic excellence, personality building, physical development and inculcation of religious and national spirit.  

For achieving our aim, we have opted double-edged strategy; firstly, great extent of significance is laid in developing physical ability, in view of maintaining a balance in cognitive level and physical make over. Apart from physical fitness training, sports are given adequate attention and all cadets are expected to actively participate in sports competitions in order to develop the quality of competitive spirit. Secondly, character and personality development is viewed as the most pivotal factor. For this purpose we are staffed by highly professional and competent faculty, who is  capable of training the cadets to serve the nation as successful leaders as well as confident, forward looking and productive members of society.
